On November 24, 2023, at the IAB Center in Agargaon, the much-anticipated #IAB_ANNUAL_SPORTS_FESTIVAL_2023 was enthusiastically inaugurated. The event organized by the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) had the distinguished presence of Ar. Prof. Md. Khairul Enam, Head of Department, DoA, Daffodil University & former Head of Architecture Department at BUET, as the chief guest.

IAB ANNUAL SPORTS FESTIVAL 2023 Event Highlights:

• The event was chaired by Ar. Prof Dr. Khandaker Shabbir Ahmed, current IAB President 25th EC.

• Esteemed special guests included Mr. MAK Yuree, a global figure of the world record holder, featured as a SUPERHUMAN and current pride of Bangladesh, and Sabina Khatun, captain of the national women's football team.

• Former IAB President Ar. Kazi Golam Nasir and Ar. Jalal Ahmed graced the event with their presence.

• The ceremony, moderated by Ar. Selim Altaf Biplob, featured statements from the current Sports Committee Chairman Ar. D.S. Fawad Hayder and Sports Committee Member Secretary Ar. Masudur Rahman Khan.

Expressing gratitude, the Sports Committee of the 25th EC extended heartfelt thanks to all involved and especially conveyed appreciation to the distinguished guests. The ceremonial inauguration of the IAB ANNUAL SPORTS FESTIVAL 2023 was carried out through a symbolic ribbon-cutting by the honored guests.
