BERGER SEMINAR ROOM & SEMINAR ROOM 2 IN IAB CENTRE

1. Both the Seminar Rooms shall be rented to hold Seminars, Conferences, Lectures, workshops, Roundtable Meetings, Launching or Introduction Ceremonies, Press Conference, Board Meetings etc. related to architectural and allied fields. Requirement of the facility for holding any other event is subject to special discussion and permission from the management. Additional Terms & Conditions may apply. No cultural program is permitted.

2. Full day use shall mean 9.00am to 9.00pm. Half day use shall mean 9.00am to 3.00pm or 3.00pm to 9.00pm. IAB shall have the right to impose extra charges for exceeding the specified hours.

3. Regarding the layout of furniture within the Seminar Rooms, the user shall have to select from the options offered by IAB.

4. Chairs and Tables as per requirements of
the program but not more than the given
chart below: 

a. Only Berger Seiminar Room 

i. Only Chair : 90

ii. Chair & Table: 60

b. Only Seiminar Room 2

i. Only Chair : 70

ii. Chair & Table : 40

MULTI PURPOSE HALL IN IAB CENTRE

1.The Multi Purpose Hall shall be rented to hold Seminars, Conferences, Lectures, workshops, Roundtable Meetings, Launching or Introduction Ceremonies etc. related to architectural and allied fields. Requirement of the facility for holding any other event is subject to special discussion and permission from the management. Additional Terms & Conditions may apply.

2.Full day use shall mean 9.00am to 9.00pm. Half day use shall mean 9.00am to 3.00pm or 3.00pm to 9.00pm. IAB shall have the right to impose extra charges for exceeding the specified hours.

3.Regarding the layout of furniture within the Multi Purpose Hall, the user shall have to select from the options offered by IAB.

4.The following facilities shall be an integral part of the rental

a.Chairs as per requirement (not more than 350) of the program in the Multipurpose Hall. 
b.One Serving Table and maximum 5 Chairs in Ground Floor Double Height Lobby for registration and reception purpose.
